How do you ensure plants survive during shipping?
We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and retain moisture. Our ventilated boxes prevent damage and ensure your green friends arrive fresh and healthy.
What happens if I receive a damaged plant?
We offer a 'Replacement Guarantee' for plants damaged during transit. Simply share a photo of the damaged plant within 24 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
How long does delivery usually take?
Standard delivery takes 5-8 business days depending on your location. Since we are shipping live products, we prioritize the safest routes to minimize travel time for the plants.
Do the plants come with pots?
Yes, most of our plants come in standard black nursery pots. However, you can also choose to upgrade to our premium ceramic, metal, or self-watering planters before checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
